Casting Nets Ministries is a Ministry Team that uses the gifts that God gave us to reach others that need to know Him. The group features God, Solo Artist Jerry Glander, Solo Artist William Brown, Sarah Karsner, who will be singing with Jerry and heading up the Womens Standing Strong womens ministry, and also lets welcome Stefanie Toadvine another solo artist. The team also offers Kids On Trail For Christ, which is headed up by Susan Paul and our Sound Engineer is Robert Paul. Read a little about each member below.
 Jerry Glander
 
Jerry has been singing and speaking at Churches now for 7 years. He was the tenor singer for two gospel quartets and has felt the call to start a Ministry Team that offers a variety of resources for Churches and Christians in an effort to bring lost souls to Christ. If you are going to be near one of Jerry's up coming scheduled dates, come by and fellowship with us. William Brown

William is one of our Solo Artist in Casting Nets He was born in Frankfort Ky in 1979.  At a young age he was introduced to Jesus Christ at a small country church he attended with is sister and father.  Growing up in church William learned to sing and play the guitar, where he played with the church band.  Growing up William felt the call to spread the Gospel through singing.  Several years passed and he found himself faced with tempation.  Upon this came a new world.  William put his faith in the back of his mind and gave up on Jesus Christ, but he did not realize till several years later that he may have gave up on the Lord, but the Lord never gave up on him.  After travling down a rough pathway he dropped down to his knees and asked forgiveness for his past Transgressions.  Realizing he could not live with out the Lord, he regained his Faith in Christ Jesus and was introduced to Casting Nets Ministries where he is activly singing and Praising Jesus Christ.  He hopes to spead the light to your heart.  If your ever in the area of his singing, stop in and listen, meet him, as he would love to meet you and fellowship with you.

 

 

 

 Robert Paul

Well....what can you say about Robert. Many things I am sure, just kidding....Robert and I have been friends now for over eight years and he has a genuine love for reaching out to others and has to put up with the artists as well. He does a great job as our sound engineer and works hard to assist in anyway possible outside of the studio to reach lost souls. We are proud to have Robert play such an active role with Casting Nets.

 

 

      
Sarah Karsner Glander
 
We are so proud to announce Sarah Karsner Glanders arvial to Casting Nets. She is a great addition in that along with a great voice, Sarah will be heading up Sister's Standing Strong. A Women's Ministry focused on women who need the Godly out reach from other women. The group will be having bi-monthly meetings to share in fellowship, games, food, and Word. The group plans to play an active role in our community as well. Welcome Sarah.

 
 
 
                        Stefanie Toadvine
 
 Stefanie is another Solo Artist in Casting nets.  She was raised in a Christian home and received Christ at 15 years old.  She became active in teaching Sunday school, being a part of high school youth group, and became a member of the choir.  After hiding in the shadows of the choir She began  singing solos 2-3 times a month. After a few years, her church became more concerned with the business side of church and forgot that worship and ministry was their first priority, and divided.  Everything and everyone that She knew was gone.  She  felt like she didn’t have any  where to go.  For years she tried to live the Christian life, but I questioned and doubted God.  I didn't understand how a loving God could let all these bad things happen and how He could take away everything that she knew and loved.  Recently she made a choice to ask God into my life again and to trust in Him.  He opened up doors in her life that she never knew possible and when she least expected it.  He brought an old friend back into her life after 10 years which lead her  to become a part of Casting Nets Ministries.  She praises God everyday for the things that He has given her and the people that He has brought into her life, and she will continue to praise Him here on earth until the day that I get to meet Him face to face.  If you are in or around the area she is bringing Gods word in song come visit and fellowship with her.
 
 
 
                            Susan Paul
 
Miss Sue, as everyone calls her is a great staple in Casting Nets that helps hold it all together. She is very busy as well in that She is the Director of Camp Yahweh in Sadieville, KY. as well as heads up Kids On Trail For Christ, and takes care of most of the VBS set ups for Churches. This Busy lady still finds time to train horses and at times travel with us to Churches and Events. Kind of the Team Mom if you would. Miss Sue loves the Lord and casts her nets anytine she can.
